Passport Process

In order to be added to the waitlist for fingerprinting, send a copy of your Scheda Consolare to consul@utahitalians.com. A screenshot or print out from the website is great! We need to see a screenshot(s) that shows your address which should be in Utah and your status as "registered" or "inscritto(a)"

Once you are scheduled for your fingerprint appointment we will meet with you, stamp your documents, and complete the fingerprints. You are asked to bring all of your items fully completed with you on the day of your appointment.

Please wait to order any cashier's check or money orders as the amounts change every quarter. Once done you will send everything to San Francisco and they will return your passport via mail, this saves you having to get an appointment and travel to San Francisco. The instructions for all you will need are below on Consulate General website. Please reference the below links if you have any questions.

** minors 11 and under do not need fingerprinting so you can send everything via mail and do not need an appointment with my office 

Honorary Consular Network

Honorary consuls are volunteer, part time officials working under the General Consulate.

Availability is limited so emergency issues are advised to reach out to the Consulate General in San Francisco which covers Utah.
