All citizenship is handled through the Consulate General of San Francisco, the Honorary Consulate office cannot answer any questions or provide any insight. Please do not contact the Honorary Consulate with any citizenship questions.

Vital Records

Vital Records such as registering a birth, marriage, divorce, etc. are handled through the Consulate General. Visit their Vital Records page.
